What time is your Front Desk open?

Our Front Desk is here for your daily between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day we are here for you between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

What if I arrive after hours?

No problem at all! Please contact us at 1-800-522-7850 so we can get your welcome package ready. We will leave it in a secure drop box by the Front Desk and give you the code to retrieve it.

How old do I have to be to stay at the Esplanade?

Good question! We want everyone to have fun. So at least one person in the party has to be 25 years or older. Yes, we do check ID, so please have your Drivers License ready for us.

Question 5

How many people can stay in my room? Can I bring extra friends?

We know you enjoy company. Fire code regulations do not permit overcrowding. A studio and 1-bedroom unit can accommodate 4, a 2-bedroom unit 6 guests. Please don't make us choose who has to go home.

Can I bring my dog?

Fido needs to sit this one out. We are no longer pet friendly.

Do you offer rollaway beds and / or cribs?

We don't. If you have a little one, please bring a portal crib with you. Otherwise, we are happy to refer you to a rental company that can help you with local crib rentals.
